This industrial project saw Brompton deliver a new 4500m2 warehouse including a connection to existing facilities via a 20t platform lift. A raking site this project required the construction of pedestals up to 3m tall at the high point and the installation of retention precast panels in order to provide a level warehouse floor. The abutting warehouse was underpinned with CFA piles before having its façade demolished and reconstructed with the new warehouse. Completed under a design and construct contract Brompton was responsible for taking the project from town planning right the way through to occupation.
