A full lobby refurbishment and remodel for Buxton Property at one of their premier retirement facilities in Brighton, The Crescent. The project was undertaken within a live environment and had to be meticulously staged as not to disrupt the residents or staff. Designed by Demaine Partnership, the works involved a new commercial kitchen and outdoor area, custom bar and servery comprised of crown cut veneer and curved stone, new office space with curved steel windows, new back of house facilities, new dining room and new bathroom facilities.
