Together they bring the variety of expertise and skills necessary to deliver this unique urban renewal development.

Kprojects Pty Ltd

Project managing Cityedge is the responsibility of Kprojects Pty Ltd, national business that has successfully delivered over $1 billion of property developments. With a 25 year track record of delivering quality projects in urban and regional locations, Kprojects Pty Ltd has been instrumental in delivering a number of high-profile developments such as Holdfast Shores, Garden East and Seaford.

Australian Property Projects

Instrumental in the planning process and assisting with the built form design is Australian Property Projects (APP). With a history of development and property investment around Australia for over 20 years, APP brings a wealth of relevant experience to Cityedge. The Company now holds property and investments of more than $22 million in value, predominantly in the Northern Territory and has projects underway in South Australia and Queensland.

Adelaide Civil

Adelaide Civil was brought into the Joint Venture as they had significance in areas of remediation and civil infrastructure. They have been involved in a range of property development from civil enginerring through to built form throughout Australia.
