Australian Property Projects

Instrumental in the planning process and assisting with the built form design is Australian Property Projects (APP). With a history of development and property investment around Australia over the last 19 years, APP brings a wealth of relevant experience to the Cityedge. The Company now holds property and investments of more than $22 million in value, predominantly in the Northern Territory and has projects underway in South Australia and Queensland.

ADCIV

Adelaide Civil (ADCIV) is both a joint -venture partner of the Angas Consortium well as the civil works contractor for the project. ADCIV is progressive and innovative general builder and civil engineering contractor with projects throughout South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and Victoria. ADCIV has expertise in the construction of land divisions, built form and civil infrastructure for residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects.
